SMHEC Open House Update – for June 26, 4-7 pm
Meet with representatives of over 90 degree programs including bachelor completion degrees, doctorates and over 50 masters degrees. These are presented at the Southern Maryland Higher Education Center by 14 universities, at the Center’s Open House Thursday, June 26, from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.
The SMHEC campus is located at 44219 Airport Road, in California Maryland.
All of the classes for the academic programs are presented at the Center. There are new classes for the Master of Social Work and Bachelors of Social Work degrees from Salisbury University. Also a new Criminal Justice Bachelors degree from Bowie State University is taking applications for Fall 2014.
SMHEC has welcomed students enrolling with over 39,000 enrollments to date in all programs. Students have saved driving 117,000,000 miles of driving, 2.35 million hours of driving time and over $15 million dollars for gasoline in the 17 year history of SMHEC.
