Mulberry Music Festival 2025 will be held Friday, June 20, on the St. Mary’s College of Maryland Townhouse Green in St. Mary’s City. This year’s festival is dedicated to SMCM’s outgoing President Tuajuanda C. Jordan.
Dr. Jordan, founder of the Mulberry Music Festival, is retiring this month.
The concert will be held from 6 to 9:15pm. The festival grounds will open at 5pm. The event is free of charge and open to the public. Don’t miss the fireworks following the performances.
Three acts — Dumpstaphunk, Carly Harvey, and Kelly Bell Band — will perform.
The Mulberry festival is held every year on the eve of Juneteenth. Originally created in 2019, the event has become an annual tradition in Southern Maryland. Carly Harvey ’07, DC’s “Queen of the Blues,” returns to direct this year’s event.
