Community Bus Trip 2012

Community Bus Trip 2012

& the Holocaust Museum.

Presented by Good Samaritan Lutheran Church, Lexington Park, MD, the trip is designed to discover the foundational principles that were rooted in the character of hope inspired in those who endured two of the greatest challenges to humanity.

This character of hope united a society with a vision that would ignite humanity and promote change.

By educating us to these principles of character, our hope is that we will embrace them as a community and inspire our youth with the hope beyond possibilities.

This vision of hope was rooted at the core of our settlement here in St. Mary’s and what is necessary for true community.

Wear comfortable shoes because walking is involved.  The bus leaves Lexington Park Elementary School promptly at 9 a.m.  Lunch and snacks will be provided on the trip and a community dinner will be served upon our return at 6 p.m. at Lexington Park Elementary School.  Cost is $25 per seat (includes motor coach transportation).  Sponsorship is available but limited.  Registration is required by July 17.  Call 301-863-4740 for more information.
