Below are the US Department of Defense contracts awarded in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC, on December 22 and December 23, 2025:

World Wide Technology LLC, St. Louis, Missouri, is awarded a $15,285,426 firm-fixed-price contract. This effort procures Information Technology hardware and software in support of the Program Executive Office Digital Enterprise Services, Webster Outlying Field Integrated Command, Control and Intel Systems Division. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Missouri, and is expected to be completed in April 2026. Fiscal 2025 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $15,285,426 will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract action was not competed. Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey, is the contracting activity (N6833526C0184).

Textron Systems Corp., Hunt Valley, Maryland, is awarded a $16,614,327 modification (P00004) to a firm-fixed-price order (N0001924F0023) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001921G0008). This modification exercises options to procure intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance services for land-based deployment hub sites. Work will be performed in Hunt Valley, Maryland (20%); and various locations outside the continental U.S. (80%) and is expected to be completed in December 2026. Fiscal 2026 operation and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $11,076,218 will be obligated at the time of award, all of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The order that is being modified was competed via a limited sources competition. Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

Huntington Ingalls Inc., Newport News, Virginia, is awarded a $33,455,511 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-25-C-2127) for advance planning and long-lead-time material procurement to prepare and make ready for the accomplishment of the USS Nimitz (CVN 68) inactivation and defueling. Work will be performed in Newport News, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by March 2026. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $32,700,016 will be obligated at time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 3204(a)(1), (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00024-25-C-2127).

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Linthicum Heights, Maryland, was awarded a $59,978,362 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for research and development. This contract provides support research and development for the VEYRON effort and will develop, fabricate and demonstrate a digital beamforming transceiver Application Specific Integrated Circuit design that integrates supply chain vulnerability mitigation through on chip Root of Security technology components. Work will be performed at Linthicum Heights, Maryland, and is expected to be completed by June 30, 2028. Fiscal 2025 Office of the Secretary of War funds in the total amount of $7,000,000 are being obligated at the time of award. The Air Force Research Laboratory, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity. (FA2377-26-C-B004)

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., McLean Virginia, was awarded a $24,937,150 cost-no-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for Air and Missile Defense Workstation Block VII Maintenance and Integrated Air and Missile Defense Integrated Battle Command System. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of June 22, 2028. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal Alabama, is the contracting activity (W31P4Q-25-F-0103).

DigiFlight Inc., Columbia, Maryland, was awarded a $9,084,592 modification (P00095) to contract W31P4Q-19-F-E002 for integrated logistics services. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, and the estimated completion date is March 31, 2026. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.

General Dynamics Mission Systems, Manassas, Virginia, is awarded a $27,323,934 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-24-C-6101) to exercise options for U.S. Navy engineering design, development, travel, and supporting material to support Sound Navigation and Ranging systems. Work will be performed in Manassas, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by Jan. 30, 2029. Fiscal 2024 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $904,021 (60%); Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $356,000 (24%); Fiscal 2026 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $200,167 (13%); and Fiscal 2025 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $44,703 (3%), will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

General Dynamics Information Technology Inc., Falls Church, Virginia, is being awarded a $12,584,393 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity contract for the management, technical services, labor, material, support services, equipment, and facilities to accomplish repair and refurbishment of MK-41 Vertical Launch Systems (VLS) on board U.S. Navy and/or other military type vessels. This contract includes options and if all options are exercised the total value will be $25,542,731. Work will be primarily performed within a 50-mile radius of Norfolk, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by Dec. 23, 2026. If all options are exercised, work will continue until Dec. 23, 2027. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $2,000 will be obligated for the minimum guarantee and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was procured as full and open competition via the System for Award Management website with two offers received. Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center, Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity. (N50054-26-D-0007)
