Park Rock Fest Brings the Noise

Storm clouds gathered over Chancellor’s Run Regional Park in Great Mills, Maryland for the second day of the Park Rock Fest. But the musicians turned it up to 11 and rocked out anyway. The festival celebrated its decade anniversary this year.
