Lions Donate $1,500 to Hospital Foundation

MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital Vice President, Finance, Ric Braam (second from left) accepts a ceremonial check representing a generous $1,500 donation that the Lions Club of Leonardtown made to the hospital’s Foundation recently. The Foundation takes a lead role in major fundraising endeavors for the hospital to support healthcare scholarships and medical and surgical equipment purchases. It also funds specific projects, including the Grace Anne Dorney Pulmonary & Cardiac Rehabilitation Center.
