Lexington Park Master Plan Update
Lexington Park is once again embarked upon the arduous process of capturing in legislation a development and zoning plan. This is called a Master Plan and its intent is to revitalize the area to attract more private investment.
The first hurdle is always the same, muses veteran master plan participant Tom Watts: identifying where, exactly, Lexington Park is.
