Families had an opportunity yesterday to explore a life-size version of the classic children’s board game Candyland at the St. Mary’s County Fairgrounds in Leonardtown, Maryland. The game was a fundraiser organized by Thanks for the Mammaries for the Avon Breast Cancer Walk. King Kandy, Lord Licorice, Princess Frostine, Princess Lolly and the Duke of Swirl were on hand as well as Santa Claus and characters from Sesame Street and Toy Story.
