Contracts Solicited:

Product Center Maintenance – The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure items on an other than full and open competition basis.

Contractor Field Services – The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure Contractor Field Services (CFS) for the Contractor Engineering Technical Services (CETS) program to include on and off-site proficiency training, technical guidance and advice to resolve unusually complex technical problems related to the E2-C and EA-6 series aircrafts and associated systems and equipment as listed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Evertz Fiber Links – The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) has a requirement for Evertz items.

Distillation System – The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure items on an other than full and open competition basis.

Stabilator Repair Kit for H-60 Aircraft – The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, intends to modify Delivery Order 0007 against existing Basic Ordering Agreement N68335-10-G-0020 with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation of Stratford, Connecticut.

Spares Procurement – This is a notice of intent from the Naval Air Systems Command to issue a firm fixed price delivery order on an other than full and open competition basis under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-10-G-0003 with Northrop Grumman Corporation, San Diego, CA to provide spare parts for the Vertical Take-off and Landing Tactical manned Aerial Vehicle (VTUAV) program.

Joint Strike Fighter Program Security Services – The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with MANTECH Security & Mission Assurance Corporation, 7799 Leesburg Pike, STE 700S, Falls Church, VA 22043-2436 for Program Management Security Support Services for the Joint Strike Fighter Program Office (JSFPO).

Rynglok Fitting Set for H-60 Aircraft – Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst NJ intends to enter into negotiations on a non-competitive basis with Eaton Aeroquip, Inc. of Jackson, MI to manufacture, assemble and produce two (2) each Rynglok Fitting Set, P/N RTSK8-01-001 to support the H-60 aircraft.

 

Contracts Awarded:

The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded an $80,554,934 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for maintenance, manufacturing of parts, instrumentation and engineering support for all models of the F/A-18 & EA-18G aircraft including future variants, domestic and Foreign Military Sales, for ground and flight test programs conducted at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Md.  No funding will be obligated at time of award.  Funds will be obligated on individual task orders as they are issued.  Work will be performed in Patuxent River, Md. (97 percent), and St. Louis, Mo. (3 percent), and is expected to be completed in January 2017.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to FAR 6.302-1.  The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity (N00421-12-D-0003).

The Boeing Co., Seattle, Wash., is being awarded a $9,179,536 modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed fee contract (N00019-09-C-0022) for spares, repairables, trainers, and courseware in support of the low rate initial production, lot two, P-8A multi-mission maritime aircraft.  Work will be performed in Seattle, Wash. (60 percent), and St. Louis, Mo. (40 percent), and is expected to be completed in September 2012.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

Large Landbased Air Conditioner maintainer training course – This effort is a fixed price modification to the existing contract in accordance with FAR 52.243-1 Changes – Fixed Price to provide up to 3 additional CONUS and/or OCONUS maintainer training courses in accordance with the requirements under the Statement of Work.
