Girls Night Out: Wine and Dish, a two-class series taught by Sarah Houde, on September 17 & October 1, 6:30 pm – 9:30pm both nights. Grab your favorite snack or beverage and join us for a fun night out as we use clay slabs to create textured flower vases and vessels for autumn arrangements. Watercolor Class, a two class series taught by Nancy Thompson on September 25 & 26, 10:00 am – 3:30pm. Introduction to Stained Glass – October Session on October 6, 2012, 10:00 am – 2:00pm. Learn the fundamentals behind stained glass art as we explore the copper foil technique. Annmarie Garden will present a NEW Beginning Basketry: Out-The-Door-Quickly Basket Class on October 13, 2012, 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm. Join us as we explore the basics of basketry and weave a reed basket that measures 10″H x 6.5″W x 6″D. Learn to start from a solid base and practice basic weaving techniques as you create a basket that has a woven Shaker tape hanger perfect for hanging from a doorknob or wall. Pottery Basics Fall Session, a six-class series, Wednesday evenings starting September 26, 2012 through October 24, 2012, from 6:30-9:30 pm. Learn a comprehensive skill set for working in clay.
