cyberThe Patuxent Partnership is pleased to present “Cyber: What is it? Where are we going?”

Limited exhibitor opportunities are available for this symposium on Tuesday, March 5 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Southern Maryland Higher Education Center in California, Maryland.

Why Exhibit? The invitation to exhibit at the Cyber Symposium is open to all interested organizations. Take this opportunity to present your organization’s products and services to potential partners and key government decision-makers. This is a regional conference which will attract attendees interested in both the problems and opportunities that cyber security has to offer. Exhibitors will have visibility on the registration website and onsite at the conference.

Exhibit Booths are limited to 6 to 10 spaces and will be located in room 135 ~ to see layout, visit the exhibitor registration webpage.

Exhibit Booth Size 8’ wide x 4’ deep

Exhibit Rate Rates range from $295 for The Patuxent Partnership (TPP) Members (in good standing-membership dues paid) and $495 for non-TPP members.

Exhibitor rate includes one exhibit worker badge, conference registration, continental breakfast and lunch. Register additional exhibit workers on website – fee for additional exhibit workers is the same as the attendee fee.

Booth space will include one chair, and can also include a 6’ x 2’ table for a table-top display, at no additional cost, with your advance request (included in the completed Application and Agreement).

The deadline for submitting exhibit agreements is 5pm EDT, Wednesday, Feb. 13. Exhibit spaces are assigned as agreements are received. Send in your completed exhibit agreement early for prime space!

Cancellation Terms. Exhibitors canceling before February 19, 2013 COB will receive a check for 50% refund of their booth reservation fee. After February 19, 2013 COB (5pm EDT), no refunds will be issued. Organizations must notify the Organizer in writing of any exhibit cancellation. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel this agreement in any event, on written notice to the applicant.
