Kilts? Beer? Traditional folk music? Check. DB McMillan’s in California, Maryland had it all going on March 3 for those who were already in an Irish mood. Those like the Pax River Rugby team, who showed up in force for the Kilt the Keg event, many clad in kilts. The tartan warriors plan a redux this weekend in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day.
