China is militarizing the South China Sea, PACOM head ADM Harry Harris told the Senate Armed Services Committee,  “You’d have to believe in a flat earth to believe otherwise.” Satellite images show high-tech military build up on China’s man-made islands in contested waters in the South China Sea.
