Celebrate Halloween at Annmarie Garden

Celebrate Halloween in style at Annmarie Sculpture Garden and Arts Center in Solomons, MD. The annual Halloween in the Garden is set for 11 am to 4 pm Saturday, Oct. 29, 2016.

Admission to this daytime trick-or-treating parade is just $1, and participants can buy a $3 line-hopper pass and jump to the front between 10:30 and 11 am. This Annmarie Garden event will be held rain or shine, and parking is free.

Trick-or-treating bags will be provided for each guest. During this 17th annual event, more than 70 community organizations and businesses will decorate booths, put on costumes, and hand out candy and treats to all the children. There will be free activities for everyone, and devilishly delicious food vendors will be present. The $1 admission will benefit local charities including the Holiday Food Basket Program, the Annmarie Program Fund, and many others. Parking for the event is free and will be located in the field adjacent to the garden. Follow the signs near the garden to see where to park. Find costumes for the whole family and enjoy a day of trick-or-treating, art activities, lunch and many more children’s activities. Be sure to bring your camera, since there are always unique photo opportunities with the boo-tiful decorations!

Halloween in the Garden is a smoke-free and pet-free event, so leave your cigarettes and pets at home.

Find Annmarie Sculpture Garden & Arts Center in scenic Solomons, Maryland, at the spot where the Patuxent River meets the Chesapeake Bay. Come to the garden to enjoy a walking path that meanders past permanent and loaned sculpture, including more than 30 works on loan from the Smithsonian Institution and the National Gallery of Art.
