MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital has announced the first baby of 2013!

Ethan Scott Jennings arrived at 12:58 a.m. on Jan. 1. Weighing nine pounds and 11.9 ounces, he is the first child of parents Severine and Bill Jennings.
