Third Open House for Lex Park Plan

Lexington Park Master Plan Update

The Department of Land Use and Growth Management will host a final open house on Wednesday, August 28, 2013 to discuss the Lexington Park Development District draft master plan.

The open house is open to the public at Greenview Knolls Elementary School, located at 45711 Military Lane in Great Mills, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

 A copy of the draft plan is available online. A YouTube summary video appears below.

The draft plan can also be viewed at the three St. Mary’s County libraries and at the St. Mary’s County Public Information Office, located inside the Chesapeake Building in Leonardtown.

The Planning Commission has scheduled a public hearing on this Lexington Park plan at its September 9, 2013 meeting beginning at 6:30 p.m. The public is encouraged to prepare for and attend the hearing.
