Healthy St. Mary’s Conducting Survey

The Healthy St. Mary’s Partnership invites all who live, work, or play in St. Mary’s to complete the Community Health Assessment. The purpose of the survey is to get opinions about community health problems in the county.
The survey is open until June 30, 2026.
HSMP will utilize the results of the survey, along with other available information, to identify the most pressing issues that can be addressed through community action. Input through the survey is anonymous. The survey will take 5 to 10 minutes and is available in English and Spanish.
A Community Health Assessment, also known as a Community Health Needs Assessment, refers to a local health assessment process that uses quantitative and qualitative methods to systematically collect and analyze data to understand health within a specific community. Community health assessment data inform community decision-making, the prioritization of health problems, and the development, implementation, and evaluation of community health improvement plans.
This process occurs every six years for the Healthy St. Mary’s Partnership. View results here from the 2020 Community Health Assessment for St. Mary’s County.
