Indoor Yard Market to Open on Great Mills Road

A year-round indoor yard market is opening in Great Mills. Stacie’s Yard Sale Market is a unique opportunity for vendors to rent space to sell items, says owner Stacie Baker.

The market is at 21001 Great Mills Road.

“Times are hard for everyone now,” Ms. Baker said. “So, I decided to bring this unique opportunity to St. Mary’s County — a market with quality items and affordable prices.”

Stacie’s Market is “2,100 square feet of endless possibilities,” she said.

Phase one will be yard sale vendors. Vendors can rent a booth space or private room. Fees are $75 to $300 a month depending on the space.

“We don’t take any commission fees,” Ms. Baker said. “Our market would be open every day. With a full-time cashier on duty. Vendors place their items, and we sell it for them.”

The market will have temporary three-month spaces, as well as six-month and one-year spots available.

“So, something for every situation,” she said. “Downsizing, military deployment, estate closeouts, auction companies, etc. No matter what your need is, we are here to help.”

All vendors can build out their space to suit their needs.

Phase two will be private business startups.

“Ever wanted to open your own business? At Stacie’s, we have the space for you,” Ms. Baker said. “We have private separate suites available. You set your own hours and operation days. All our private suites have their own entrance. Perfect for auction houses, graphic designers, small cafes, indoor RC car race tracks, and bumper cars. We are currently looking for vendors and small business owners-to-be.
