8th Chief’s Ride Starts at St. Mary’s Airport

May 24, 2015 marked the the 8th annual Chief’s Ride to the Wall, leaving this year from the St. Mary’s County Airport.

The annual fundraiser has so far raised more than $20,000 for the Charlotte Hall Veterans Home, the only Assisted Living Veterans Home in the State of Maryland.

King of Tees is again a sponsor and in the video below owner Frank Deaton welcomes the riders and thanks them for their efforts on behalf of the veterans at Charlotte Hall Veterans Home in Charlotte Hall, MD. ALL Proceeds go to the Veterans home.

All riders are welcome on any kind of bike to ride with the Chief Petty Officers as they raise money for Charlotte Hall Veterans Home. The riders each year meet up with the annual Rolling Thunder Run to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C commemorates Memorial Day in honor of those who served.
