Taylor Inc., Lexington Park, Maryland, is being awarded a $75,394,006 cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost reimbursable contract for engineering, software and product development, project management, and technical services in support of the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division’s Battlespace Modeling and Simulation Division and Integrated Combat Environment Division. Work will be performed at the Naval Air Station, Patuxent River, Maryland, and is expected to be completed in January 2020. No funds will be obligated at time of award; funds will be obligated on individual delivery orders as they are issued. This contract was competitively procured as a small business set-aside via a request for proposals; two offers were received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity (N00421-17-D-0016).

Resource Management Concepts Inc., Lexington Park, Maryland, is being awarded a  $32,343,097 cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost-reimbursable, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide services in support of research, development, test and evaluation efforts that provide enterprise solutions and services in meeting information technology requirements and compliance with information assurance and security mandates. Work will be performed in Patuxent River, Maryland (96 percent); Orlando, Florida (2 percent); Cherry Point, North Carolina (1 percent); and San Diego, California (1 percent), and is expected to be completed in November 2021. No funds are being obligated at time of award. Funds will be obligated against individual task orders as they are issued. This contract was competitively procured as a small business set-aside; seven offers were received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity (N00421-17-D-0014). 

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems, Manassas, Virginia, is being awarded a $21,278,566 cost-plus-incentive-fee modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-15-C-6222) to exercise options for the production of Acoustic Rapid Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Insertion (A-RCI) Technical Insertion – 16 (TI-16) systems and pre-cable kits and production support. The A-RCI concept is to improve acoustic sensing without changing the sensors. Improvements in towed array, hull array and sphere array sonars are achieved by upgrading submarine sensor processing. Work will be performed in Manassas, Virginia (78 percent); Clearwater, Florida (10 percent); Marion, Massachusetts (6 percent); and Syracuse, New York (6 percent), and is expected to be completed by September 2019. Fiscal 2017 other procurement (Navy) funding in the amount of $21,278,566 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, District of Columbia, is the contracting activity.

ManTech SRS Technologies Inc., Fairfax, Virginia, has been awarded a $27,322,108 modification (P00039) to previously awarded contract FA8811-10-C-0002 for systems engineering and integration services. Contractor will support the Evolved Expendable Launch Vehicle Acquisitions Division, Service Procurement Division, and Systems Division including Falcon 9 upgrade certification. The location of performance is Los Angeles, California; Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Florida; and Vandenberg Air Force Base, California. The work is expected to be completed by March 22, 2020. Fiscal 2016 space procurement; 2015 missile procurement; and 2016 research, development, test, and evaluation funds in the amount of $3,693,775 are being obligated at the time of award. Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles Air Force Base, California, is the contracting activity.

Allied Associates International Inc., Gainesville, Virginia, is being awarded a $23,384,353 cost-plus-incentive-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (including options) for advisory and assistance services for International Affairs and Foreign Military Sales in support of technical, engineering, advisory and management support. This contract supports the Missile Defense Agency International Affairs Directorate and the Functional Matrixed Support Program Offices of the Aegis Ballistic (AB) Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) Program, the Sensors BMD Program, and the Terminal High Altitude BMD Program (THAAD) by providing engineering and technical support; studies, analyses, and evaluations; and management and professional services. Work will be performed in the National Capital Region (which includes Ft. Belvoir, Virginia); Dahlgren, Virginia; and Huntsville, Alabama, with an expected completion date of December 2021. Fiscal 2016 research, development, test, and evaluation funds in the amount of $382,770 are being obligated at time of award. This contract was a competitively awarded acquisition with six offers being received. The government selected for award the most advantageous proposal representing the best value to the government.  The Missile Defense Agency, Huntsville, Alabama, is the contracting activity (HQ0147-17-C-0007).

AAI Corp., doing business as Textron Systems, Hunt Valley, Maryland, was awarded a $14,280,845 cost-plus-fixed-fee foreign military sales (Australia) contract for contractor logistics support of fielded one system remote video terminal systems in support of Army and Australia fielded units. Exercising first task order at time of the award. Bids were solicited via the Internet with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Nov. 7, 2019. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-17-D-0006).
