PRMI Welcomes Pete Colyn to St. Mary’s

Pete Colyn, after 17 years with large banking institutions, joined Primary Residential Mortgage of California, Maryland to maintain the strength of a large institution’s resources and gain the advantages of a small and nimble office of mortgage lending professionals.
“We are very pleased to have Pete join our office,” said Barry Friedman, mortgage market manager of PRMI. “He brings a wealth of knowledge about the industry and Southern Maryland.”
Mr. Colyn has spent most of his career working from Calvert County and in the video below also notes the importance of location, speaking about the value of moving nearer the active Pax River economic hub of the region.
