BAE Systems Land & Armaments LP, York, Pennsylvania, was awarded a $53,868,769 firm-fixed-price foreign military sales contract (Brazil) for the upgrading and repair of 32 M109A5 Howitzers. Bids were solicited via the Internet with one received. Work will be performed in multiple locations, with an estimated completion date of March 31, 2019. Fiscal 2010 other funds in the amount of $53,868,769 were obligated at the time of the award.  Army Contracting Command, Warren, Michigan, is the contracting activity (W56HZV-16-C-0173).

Wyle Laboratories, Huntsville, Alabama, is being awarded a $41,790,995 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide engineering and technical services in support of various naval aviation weapons systems and platforms to prevent and treat corrosion throughout the sustainment life-cycle.  Services to be provided include proficiency training, technical guidance, and advice to resolve unusually complex technical problems. Work will be performed in Oceana, Virginia (11 percent); Lemoore, California (9 percent); Norfolk, Virginia (7 percent); North Island, California (7 percent); Cherry Point, North Carolina (5 percent); Jacksonville, Florida (5 percent); Miramar, California (5 percent); New River, North Carolina (5 percent); Whidbey Island, Washington (5 percent); Beaufort, South Carolina (5 percent); Camp Pendleton, California (3 percent); Iwakuni, Japan (3 percent); Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii (3 percent); Yuma, Arizona (3 percent); Mayport, Florida (2 percent); Fort Worth, Texas (2 percent); McGuire Air Force Base (AFB), New Jersey (2 percent); Naval Air Facility Washington, Clinton, Maryland (2 percent); New Orleans, Louisiana (2 percent); Okinawa, Japan (2 percent); Point Mugu, California (2 percent); Quantico, Virginia (2 percent); Stewart Air National Guard Base, Newburgh, New York (2 percent); Warner-Robins AFB, Georgia (2 percent); Anderson AFB, Guam (2 percent); and Atsugi, Japan (2 percent). Work is expected to be completed in September 2021.  Fiscal 2016 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $500,265 are being obligated at time of award, all of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via electronic request for proposals; four offers were received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, California, is the contracting activity (N68936-16-D-0036).

Omega Aerial Refueling Co., Alexandria, Virginia, is being awarded $12,517,515 for modification P00011 to a previously awarded, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N00019-13-D-0010) to exercise option for contractor-owned and -operated aircraft services in support of the Contracted Air Services (CAS) program. The CAS program provides aerial refueling services for Navy, other Department of Defense and government agencies, the Foreign Military Sales program and government contractors. Work will be performed at Norfolk, Virginia (45 percent); Victorville, California (35 percent); and at various locations outside the continental US, including Guam, Denmark, Belgium, and the United Kingdom (20 percent). Work is expected to be completed by September 2017. Fiscal 2016 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $9,710,515 will be obligated at time of award, all of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
