Christmas dinner baskets will be available December 21 from noon to 2pm at the Oasis of Victory Christian Church at 21779 Tulagi Place in Lexington Park, MD. Walk-up distribution. An adult must be present to accept the basket.

Hoyer Tours New Emergency Shelter
LifeStyles of Maryland has opened a new emergency shelter in White Plains. Rep. Steny H. Hoyer visited the shelter, the first of its kind in the region which offers around-the-clock support services to families in need.
