Have you ever had a Grandma, your Aunt Sally or even Mom pass on a “family heirloom” of a sofa, chair or ottoman?  The cushions are sagging, the fabric is worn, torn and hideous- what can you do?

Don’t worry, we have all had this happen to us.

Why not reupholster the piece and bring it back to life in your home? It can be remade into the masterpiece it once was! A good reupholsterer will become your best friend along with fabulous fabric, and nail head trim.

Traditions of Loveville recently took on such a project from a beautiful historic home in Charles County, just in time for the Maryland home and Garden Pilgrimage. Antique wing chairs, side chairs and rockers from the home were brought back to life with the use of creative color, pattern and a healthy dose of history.Traditions - hooper-collage-3
