Navy Chief’s Ride Nets Donations for Veterans Home

This year, the Navy Chief’s Ride to the Wall held May 27 raised $2,605 in donations. The event was sponsored by Compass Systems Inc. and Naval Tees LLC. With the money raised, Compass Systems donated clothes detergent, body wash, clothes baskets, paper plates, coffee cups/lids, forks, spoons, knives, bowels, coffee, headsets and football tickets to two Naval Academy football games this season to the Charlotte Hall Veterans Home.
